The L.I.F.E. program at C.O.A.S.T. Rehab consists of a personalized fitness and health assessment
that will help us develop a custom fitness and lifestyle program to help you achieve your desired
goals whether it is losing weight, getting stronger, more flexible, improving balance, reducing
blood pressure, etc. Your program may include training sessions with a personal trainer,
nutrition counseling (with a Registered Dietician), a fun and creative home program and email,
phone or video support. We will encourage and motivate you in adopting a consistent and
enjoyable fitness program.
Our aim is to create an interactive relationship between you and our staff, throughout the
lifespan, so that we may not only reach the short term goals but also to create a lifestyle change
that will last a lifetime.
As a state of health, wellness is closely linked to your lifestyle and the choices you make. Each
individual has a responsibility to themselves to provide for the essentials of good health – that
being proper weight control, good nutrition, physical activity and exercise, and controlling of
health risk factors such as tobacco use, alcohol and drug use and/or abuse.
